SHIPPING OF ORDERS
Order Processing

After payment confirmation, Glowthie will process the order within a maximum period of 48 business hours. During periods of high demand (such as promotions and Black Friday), this processing time may be slightly extended.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please see the estimated delivery times in the table below:

Azores and Madeira 5 to 15 business days
International 5 to 15 business days (subject to customs clearance) 


These timeframes are approximate and may be affected by:

  • Unforeseen circumstances, such as strikes or adverse weather conditions;
  • High order volumes, such as during promotional campaigns or holiday periods.

Note: Delays caused by external factors do not constitute a breach of contract by Glowthie

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, taking into account the destination, weight, and volume of the order.

Free Shipping

Glowthie offers free shipping under the following conditions:

Spain* Orders over €99
Madeira or Azores Orders over €99
International** Orders over €159
 
*Spain: We are temporarily unable to deliver to the islands (Balearic/Canary Islands).
**Countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
 

Order Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the shipment in real time.
If you do not receive this information, please contact our Customer Support team.

Order Receipt Conditions

At the time of delivery, the Customer is advised to check the condition of the packaging.If there is visible damage to the packaging, we recommend that the Customer:
  • Refuse to accept the delivery;
  • Notify Customer Support immediately so that a claims process can be initiated.
Accepting a delivery with visibly damaged packaging may affect the acceptance of future claims related to the condition of the products.

Additional Information

If the delivery address provided by the Customer is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may not be possible, and the order will be returned to Glowthie, resulting in additional costs for the Customer, including the non-refund of shipping fees paid. If shipping was offered for free, an additional fee will be charged: €4.50 (Mainland Portugal), €6.50 (Portugal Islands) or €9.99 (other countries).

For all deliveries, one or two delivery attempts will be made at the provided address. If delivery is not possible due to the Customer’s lack of response, attention, or cooperation, the order will be dropped off at the nearest pickup point, and the Customer will be properly informed. The Customer must collect the order within the timeframe set by the carrier. If not collected in time, the order will be returned to Glowthie, generating additional costs for the Customer, including the non-refund of shipping fees paid or, if shipping was free, an additional fee of €4.50 (Mainland Portugal), €6.50 (Portugal Islands) or €9.99 (other countries).
