RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Conditions for Returns
Customers may request a return of products purchased at Glowthie, provided the following conditions are met:
  • Complete Product: The product must include all manuals, accessories, and any associated offers.
  • Intact Packaging: The original packaging must be intact and in good condition. Products without the original packaging or showing signs of use will not be accepted.
  • No Signs of Improper Use: The product must not show signs of improper or abusive use.

Important Note: Promotional products, products purchased with loyalty points, cosmetics with an expiration date of less than 3 months, gift cards, and discount vouchers are not eligible for returns.

Return Procedure
To request a return, Customers must follow the steps below:
  1. Contact Customer Support: Send a message via the contact form on the website or email the support team, stating the intention to return the product.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: The Customer Support team will provide instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Send the Product: The Customer must send the product to the address provided, using a carrier of their choice.
Return Costs:
  • Shipping errors or defective products: Return shipping costs will be covered by Glowthie.
  • Other reasons: If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind or incorrect choice), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer.

Product Exchanges
Glowthie does not offer product exchanges. If the Customer wishes to obtain a different product, they must request a return for the original item, following the procedure described above and place a new order on the website to purchase the desired product.
